Overview
1ly1ly is a non-custodial storefront for creators, artists, and builders. You launch stores, attach x402 payment links, and buyers trigger instantaneous USDC payments. We never custody funds—payments travel directly through the x402 rails, our commission is deducted automatically, and the remainder settles to your wallet.
What We Collect
1lyWe collect the minimum data needed to power your store. That includes Dynamic authentication details (email, handle, linked wallets), publicly shared profile attributes, link metadata, and transactional/chosen network settings. Billing metadata for fiat on/off ramps is transmitted to our authorized partners only when you opt into fiat settlement.
How We Use the Data
1ly- Maintain authentication, authorization, and active sessions so you can safely manage storefronts and links.
- Route x402 payments, record commission fees, and reconcile earned balances for accurate settlement.
- Display analytics (views/revenue) subject to profile-level preferences such as `showStatsLevel`.
- Send legally required notices or opted-in marketing communications only with your consent.
Third Parties
1lyWe never sell your data. Service providers such as Dynamic (identity/authentication) and payment facilitators share processing data through contractual commitments to protect confidentiality. We also share information for compliance when legally required.
Non-Custodial Promise
1lyJohn creates stores and posts Paid Links. Doe buys the link, the x402 transaction hits the configured treasury, and we deduct only our commission before John is paid—no pooled wallets or aggregate merchants exist. Fiat conversions are handled entirely by our approved on/off ramp partners (we simply pass the settlement metadata).
